Application Assessment

BPC, PCM and SSM are powerful applications that continue to serve clients with a long useful life still ahead. We provide a health check service to ensure your application remains in top condition. This is open to all owners of SAP EPM Solutions, whether we implemented your initial solution or not. We can provide you with the confidence that we know how to get the most out of the software.

If you are a subscriber to our Extended Support service then you can request a health check as part of your subscription.

We can investigate any specific issues you are experience, such as performance, scalability, or data accessibility issues. The result: applications that provide the level of performance you expect. Key activities include:

• Investigation of known issues
• Complete technical review
• Complete application review including:
  • Review of metadata and configuration settings
  • Review of logic and business rules efficiency and continued appropriateness
  • Review of the database and your maintenance routines
  • Reporting on our findings
  • Carrying out agreed fixes and tweaks and documenting what we did
  • Assist with any longer term changes or fixes, where required

Depending on the nature of the issues you face, the process can be completed in as little as one day by our senior application consultants.
