Instructional/Learning Designer
Job Description
Responsibilities:

• Serve as an instructional designer and developer, engaging all types of learners through instructionally sound interactive curriculum
• Serve as graphic designer and multimedia specialist captivating audiences through interactive animations and eye-catching digital imagery
• Develop eLearning modules utilizing eLearning development tools
  • Advanced skills in Captivate 5 required
  • Experience with Flash, Soundbooth, and other tools a plus
• Oversee timelines and deliverables to ensure on-time completion of projects
• Communicate with product SMEs to develop courses according to their specifications
• Consider all interactions (whether with C5 employees or external clients) to be client-based, and maintain a high level of client satisfaction
