Implementation Planning

An integrated implementation plan defines how the management process will be implemented to achieve the desired benefits, while minimizing change resistance. A differentiating feature is that it builds upon previous MP, as well as other initiatives (eg. Six Sigma, Leadership Development) to not only minimize costs, but to build credibility for the program. The following are some of the key outputs:
  • Integrated process, technology, and change management plans
  • Key milestones, outputs, and interdependencies
  • Established Program Management Office (PMO)
  • Interrelationship with other initiatives
  • Established teams with charters
For organizations that already have a PMO, we work with existing ones to create the deliverables and incorporate them into their systems and procedures. For those that don't, we work with you to develop the necessary program management processes and structures.
