Implementation Planning

Once we know what we are trying to achieve and have scoped the program of work the next stage is to drill in to more detail to define the projects making up the program. The following are some of the key outputs:

  • Key milestones, outputs, and interdependencies

  • Define how interdependencies and any other organizational initiatives will be managed
  • Identify risks, issues, and project management processes
  • Established teams and timelines
