OutlookSoft is one of the leading Enterprise Performance Management applications. Its global success led SAP to acquire OutlookSoft in 2007 and it was renamed SAP BusinessObjects Planning & Consolidation, also known less formally as BPC.

BPC forms the centerpiece in SAP BusinesObjects Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) suite. It integrates with Strategy Management and Profitability & Cost Management, Xcelsius dashboards and UBMatrix XBRL. It is where financial and operating processes are planned, forecasted, reported and analysed.
