  Column5 provide a full project management service to deliver the objectives of the program of work. This is most suitable where you would not assign an internal project manager.
• Gold
  A blended approach with a Column5 project manager working closely with your internal project manager. The Column5 project manager would contribute product implementation specific knowledge, assist in team management, provide an escalation route for any issues and contribute to the identification and management of risks and issues.
• Silver
  Most appropriate where you have a full time project manager. A Column5 project manager would be most involved at the kick-off and planning stages of the project and then provide support to the internal project manager with weekly reviews. We find this ensures that communication channels remain open and any potential issues and risks are identified early, helping to ensure as smooth an implementation as possible.
