The purpose of a Technology Blueprint is to define the most cost-effective way of meeting the organization's key requirements, given its existing and planned management process (MP) applications.
Key outputs of this work include the following:

• Defined alternative approaches.
• Analysis of total cost of ownership
• Inventory of existing and planned MP applications
• Implementation dependencies
