Experience Summary

   The person selected for this position should have at least 5 years of increasing responsibility for and delivering SAP IT/OutlookSoft solutions with a track record of participating in  and leading several successful technical implementations, technical upgrades, and migrations.  

This person will assist in the installation of BPC and other SAP EPM tools install Business Objects products, advance troubleshooting of platforms, performance optimization, connectivity, security audits, and similar technical services.  In addition, the Technical Consultant will actively ensure accurate and on- time implementation of the project deliverables, and assist the Director, Technical Services with project planning including iteration of the tasks involved in delivery, identification of key resources, timelines and milestones. 

The Qualified Individual additionally has a majority of the following skills: 

• Direct technical experience within BPC is preferred, but experience with other EPM tools will be considered
• Install and Configure Microsoft Technology stack which includes: Windows 2003/2008, SQL Server (SSDS) Analysis Services (SSAS), Reporting Services (SSRS), Integration Services (SSIS), and Business Development Studio (BIDS) 2005/2008.
• A Bachelor Degree in Computer Science and/or  related hands- on experience with SAP/Microsoft technology
• Broad understanding of networking, system management, Windows operating systems Familiarization and experience with Internet Information Services 5, 6, and 7, COM+, High- Availability (Network Load Balancing, Clustering, Failover), and Disaster Recovery (Backup/Restore).
• Excellent Communication skills (written and verbal) to all levels with customer and internal organizations.
• Ability to listen carefully and extract key issues
• Solid project management skills/experience
• Excellent documentation skills
• Ability to generate consensus for new ideas and to overcome resistance
• Teaching, training, coaching and mentoring skills

This is a work from home position, with travel up to 100%.
