We have had a number of BPC Windows customers calling regarding non responsive server after installing updates .
The issue is as follows:
Customer (and our internal server) stopped working after one or more dot net security updates were installed.
The BPC Microsoft version application server stopped responding and the web page showed error message.
Customer resolved issue this way:
Here is the resolution to get access back to the server:
Microsoft patches were installed and caused authentication issues. We did the following:
- KB4338815 - UNINSTALLED
- KB4338424 - UNINSTALLED
- KB4338419 - UNINSTALLED
- KB4339093 - UNINSTALLED
We where then able to access the server without any issues.
