Responsibilities

EPM Trainer

Job Description:

Looking for a talented individual with strong Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) experience to join our EPM Academy training team.

Ideal candidate will possess business and financial acumen, experience with SAP Planning and Consolidation, and an exceptional ability to break down concepts and explain them to others.

Typical duties for the EPM Trainer will include:

  • Deliver informative and engaging live on-site classroom training to groups of up to 25.

  • Deliver informative and engaging live virtual classroom training via web conferencing tools such as WebEx to groups of up to 25.

  • Develop curriculum content for standard training courses, including:

    • Outline course objectives.

    • Create PPT slides and storyboards.

    • Develop knowledge check questions that align to course objectives.

    • Create Captivate simulations that align to course objectives.

    • Develop Instructor Guides including demonstrations.

    • Assist in reviewing and editing training materials.

    • Assist in QA’ing of training materials and eLearning modules.

  • Work with clients to develop training courses that utilize a custom agenda and custom materials based on the client’s EPM environment.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency with SAP Planning and Consolidation, as well as a good working knowledge of all of the products within the SAP EPM portfolio.

  • Business and financial acumen, or at least be familiar with financial accounting, budgeting/planning lexicons and processes.

Key Competencies:

  • Beyond being a capable trainer, must be able to come up with ideas that will enable EPM Academy training to achieve new capabilities that create a competitive advantage in the marketplace.

Project Manager

Job Description & Responsibilities


The Project Manager works as a member of the Column5 Engagement Team to coordinate and oversee the successful completion of all aspects of Column5 projects. The Project Manager drives day-to-day client engagement and has responsibility for project oversight, management decisions, and communications between the Column5 Engagement Team and the designated client program/project manager. The Project Manager works closely with the Solution Architect and Consultants to ensure project deliverables meet specifications and success criteria and are completed within the timelines laid out in the project plan. The Project Manager also works closely with the Principal Consultant or Executive that oversees the customer relationship to carry out action items that help keep the customer on track against EPM program objectives.

This role’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Lead the organizing, planning and implementation of projects.
  • Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, deliverables and success criteria.
  • Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor and control day-to-day activities of the project.

Senior Staff Accountant

Job Description & Responsibilities

The Senior Staff Accountant reports to the Vice President of Finance. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets, general ledger accountability, and financial reporting, as well as financial profitability analysis and other special projects as assigned.

 This role’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
